And what should you NOT put in your signature??

We took a look last week at what you should do in a signature, and much of that was pretty straight forward, with a few tips and hints sprinkled amongst the common sense! In this quick post we want to take a look at those definite no-no's when it comes to your email signatures.  Don't ask your users to copy and paste some text or content into their signature space and hope for the best. It is a fact that many users do not follow the steps correctly, or are just plain nervous to fiddle in their mail settings.
